DE-ESCALATION TRAINING

We are requiring that all PCS employees watch this 8-minute YouTube video on “how to de-escalate someone” and then take a short quiz afterward. 

Once the video is watched you will need to complete the quiz by clicking the button above, answer the answers to the best of your ability.  For your time to complete both, you will be paid for 15 minutes once the quiz has been received by PCS.  Should you not have a way to watch the video remotely, simply call the PCS office and schedule an in-person appointment.

Upon successful completion of the online quiz we will compensate you for your time with the next weeks scheduled payroll, thank you.
